NEPC, in collaboration with Impact 4 Good, a company specializing in socially conscious teambuilding programs, organized a teambuilding activity at our 27th Annual Investment Conference that not only brought joy and inspiration to the participants, but also brightened the walls of the Ronald McDonald House – Boston Harbor. We are thrilled to share the successful creation of a large mural, the result of the combined efforts of our NEPC employees, clients, and guests of this event.

Over the course of two days, our conference attendees took part in painting individual panels that had been pre-sketched in a paint-by-numbers style. These 100 panels would ultimately come together to form a stunning mural. Together, we embraced our individual roles, knowing that our collective efforts would create something truly beautiful.

The Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England is an organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children and their families. They fulfill this mission by supporting families of seriously ill children, creating programs that keep families close to each other and the vital healthcare services they need to enable children to live happier, healthier lives. In Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood, they lease 11 apartments, ensuring that families have a comforting space to stay during challenging times.

We were humbled to receive heartfelt gratitude from Joe Pope, the House Manager at the Ronald McDonald House Boston Harbor. He expressed his appreciation to all the participants and remarked, “We know that this mosaic mural will really brighten up the space and inspire the children and families with us to get creative and make projects of their own! The colors really pop out and will bring a lot of joy to those staying in the apartment.”

At NEPC, we believe in the power of collaboration and the impact it can have on communities. This extraordinary teambuilding experience allowed us to showcase our creativity while contributing to the well-being of the families at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England. We are grateful for the opportunity to support such a worthy cause and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated. Stay tuned for more updates on how NEPC continues to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
