The Firefighters’ Retirement System (“FRS” or “System”) is soliciting proposals from US Small-Mid Cap (SMID) Equity (long only) strategies, the passive benchmark for which is the Russell 2500 Index or an appropriate SMID Equity style benchmark. The System’s total allocation to the selected manager will be approximately $60 million.
