Principal, Senior Human Resources Manager
Terri works closely with Judy Murphy managing the human resources function at NEPC. She is responsible for staffing, employee relations, benefits oversight, compensation management and all other HR functions. While she works with all departments and employees, she is a business partner with the Research department. She also serves as the facilities manager working on office relocations and all office space needs.
Terri joined NEPC in 1997 as an administrative assistant supporting a number of consultants, including Dick Charlton. In 2001 she formally created the human resources department at NEPC, getting it to its current full complement of staff over the years that followed. Prior to joining NEPC Terri worked as a personal lines insurance sub-agent in Atlanta.
Terri graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, Travel Administration.
