Director of Performance Analytics
Rob serves in a supervisory role, overseeing the traditional and alternative performance analytics group which also includes the data analyst group. Rob is in charge of setting all group goals and coordinating projects around gaining efficiencies, improving quality and enhancing reports. He is also responsible for new PA candidate selection and interviewing processes as well as current PA training, mentoring and evaluation. Prior to this position, Rob was a Senior Business Systems Analyst and was project lead on most of NEPC’s large business technology projects. He researched and analyzed the information needs and functional requirements across all of NEPC’s business functions and was a critical contributor to improving the effectiveness of NEPC’s analysts, consultants, and support staff. Prior to this position, he was hired as a Performance Analyst and was promoted to a Consultant Support Analyst. He assisted consultants with manager searches, performance measurement, asset allocation studies, and technical projects. Prior to joining NEPC in February of 2005, Rob interned at First Dunbar Securities, a brokerage firm, for two months working on their first Initial Public Offering, Cardiovascular BioTheraputics.
Rob has earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Bentley University an M.I.S. from Bentley University, and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Quinnipiac University.
