Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager of NEPC, Kelly is responsible for planning and directing accounting activities within the Finance department. Kelly is the supervisor of the Finance Team and is responsible for overseeing company accounting practices, internal controls, and business analysis. She directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, depreciation, property, operating expenses, and insurance records. Working closely with the Sr. Controller, Kelly participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports for Management and external parties. Kelly acts as the in-house plan administrator of NEPC’s retirement plan and is a member of the company’s Retirement Plan Committee.

Kelly joined NEPC in 2003 as an Assistant Financial Analyst responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. After working closely with the Controller, Kelly was promoted to Financial Analyst in 2005 and was responsible for the revenue and profitability analysis function. In 2007, she became the Sr. Financial Analyst where she assisted the Managing Partner with business analysis and strategic planning. After two years, she was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst II where she worked independently on business analysis and financial reporting. In March, 2013, she was promoted to Finance Manager. Kelly received her B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston with a dual concentration in Finance and Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant designation.
