Client Onboarding Manager
Isabella leads the new client onboarding process on behalf of Performance Analytics group, working with NEPC consulting team, clients, custodians, prior consulting firms and investment managers. She manages and coordinates all performance analytics group client onboarding related activities which includes traditional and alternative performance reporting. Prior to this role, she managed the Data Aggregation Team, responsible for investment manager data collection function, and the Performance Analytics Group, responsible for NEPC client performance measurement and reporting functions. In addition, Isabella oversaw the new Data Analyst and Performance Analyst candidate selection and interviewing processes as well as their training, mentoring and performance evaluation.
Prior to joining NEPC in 2000, Isabella worked at New England Financial in Defined Contribution Services Administration. She was responsible for processing purchases, liquidations, and transfers of shares within mutual fund families. Isabella passed the CIPM Principals exam and plans to take the Experts exam to complete the designation.
