Jeffrey Evaul

Jeff is responsible for developing and implementing all operational controls and procedures for NEPC’s Discretionary Services business.  Jeff’s financial career began in 1998, with the majority of his experience in operational roles with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.  Significantly, Jeff brings deep experience and understanding of the many processes, policies and procedures that must be established as an operational environment scales from start-up phase through maturity.

Prior to joining NEPC in 2012, Jeff was a member of the executive team overseeing all operations at Upromise Investments. During his time there, he was chartered with developing and implementing all controls and procedures in a start-up environment within a new business line.  Prior to Upromise Investments, Jeff worked at Investors Bank & Trust Company where he served in a Senior Client Management role in their Global Settlement and Institutional Trust areas.  He additionally worked at Putnam and State Street Research and Management Company.

Jeff earned a B.S. from Salem State College in 1999.
