NEPC has submitted a letter to members of the United States Congress’s conference committee formed to reconcile the U.S. Senate’s “Restoring American Financial Stability Act (S. 3217)” and the U.S. House of Representatives bill entitled the "Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009" (H.R. 4173)”.
